I've already told LG about it and they gave me another RMA to send it back. I replace the sim card once again and it miraculously lasts a whole day, but now its back to square one. So I pop in my sim card and not ten minutes later and it has the same issues. It looked like they replaced a lot of the phone, the screen was brand new and there was new tape all over the back where the battery goes in. I received it back from them yesterday, according to the packing slip it was repaired and the issue was a defect that they fixed by "re-assembly". Since I didn't insurance with AT&T, I sent it to LG for warranty repair(somehow still in warranty after over a year). The new sim card appeared to fix it, but only for a day at most and then the message would return to its regular frequency of a minute or so after a restart. So I browsed online and replacing the sim card seemed to be the solution. *** ONLY DO #2 IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH IT. I'm going to suggest that there IS an issue with the contact or connection between the SIM card when it's in the tray and the contact points in your phone.ġ - head down to Walmart or WOW boutique and get a new SIM card, then head into your self-serve account and manually change your SIM card # there. I have attached two screenshots taken from the phone when it was acting up. I cannot fathom any reason why the SIM card would suddenly stop working.

I have visually inspected the Public Mobile SIM card and it does not appear to be damaged. Everything else on the phone functions normally and I am able to connect to WiFi. The phone is in excellent shape – no scratches or dents, and I have only dropped it once or twice and no drops recently (have not dropped it since joining Public Mobile). I unlocked the phone and signed up for Public Mobile in July of this year. I have an LG G3 that is just under 2 years old, originally locked to Virgin Mobile. Today the phone also restarted itself multiple times. Today it gave the message constantly, and now my phone will not connect to Public Mobile at all and gives me the message “NO SIM CARD”. After restarting my phone my service seemed to return to normal until a few hours later, when it would give me the same message. Starting this weekend, on September 23, I began having problems with my service. My phone said “INVALID SIM CARD” randomly throughout the day. After a bumpy start, everything was working fine until a couple of days ago. I am a relatively new Public Mobile Customer.
